SHIPPING:
- We pay the
shipping on all order over $125.
- Tax only
charged for Maine customers.
- Fresh Start
Juicers and More ships to the continental United States only.
- We do not
ship to AK and HI at this time.
- Some of our
items ship directly from the manufacturer or distributing center. So if
you order more than one item you may have separate shipments.
- We process
and ship our orders usually within 1 business day. We use ground
service and you can expect to get your items within 1 - 6 business
days.
- We will
email you a tracking number so you can view its progress and estimated
delivery date.
- Unfortunately,
we cannot ship to P.O. boxes so please provide a physical address with
your order.
RETURNS:
- Our
Return
Policy - if you are unhappy with something you've bought
from us, you
can return it within 30 days of your purchase. For details, please read
our
policy below.
- If you need
to return or exchange an item our policy is that returns are based on
buyer
contact first.
You will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number in order
to send item back. Returns will not be accepted without a RMA. Some
items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- All items
returned should be new,
unused, and in the condition your received it; in the
original manufacturer's packaging
including the box, with all paperwork, warranty cards, parts and
accessories.
- We can not
accept any appliance that have been used for health and safety reasons.
The
exception would be if its
a manufacturer defect or that the item has been damaged during shipping.
- A return
address will be provided to you once you contact us for a RMA
number.
- We can not refund the original shipping cost that we incur by
offering FREE Shipping for items over $125.00
- You will
however be
responsible for shipping charges, unless the item received was the
wrong product, defective, or damaged.
- Once the
item has been received and looked over, we
will gladly refund your money (less our incurred cost to ship item).
Item may incur a 15% restocking fee.
- If you would
like to exchange the item for something else we would be happy to do
this, but you will be responsible for the shipping of the exchanged
item.
